Introduce children to the lifelong habit of exercise and being physically active
through jumping, kicking, rolling, balancing, pushing, pulling,
basic aerobics and floor exercises.  
The exercises are paced for young children.  
Fun activities using tunnels, balls and hula hoops are also included making it an exciting session.
